Rainfresh Chlorine Taste & Odour Reduction Filter Cartridge, 5 Micron.

Rainfresh CF2 activated carbon filter cartridge is a high performance 5 micron activated carbon block filter, designed to economically reduce chlorine , taste and odour and some chemicals from potable water. CF2 filter cartridge is made from high quality activated carbon with a wide pore spectrum, for excellent real-world filtration performance. The solid block construction creates much higher surface area and prevents channeling and bypassing for exceptional performance and long life. Also available as 2-pack (model CF2-8).

Reduces > 98% chlorine, taste, odour
Reduces 99% Lindane (common pesticide)

Applications:
CF2 filter cartridges can be used with:
- water filter systems (undersink or inline) for home use (not for whole house use)
- undersink reverse osmosis systems
- commercial kitchens
- laboratory use

Cartridge Life:
CF2 should be replaced after 1,000 US Gal or 6 months of use if used for chlorine taste and odour reduction or after 375 gal if used for lindane reduction.

Testing & Certification:
CF2 is a certified component tested by CSA International to NSF/ANSI 42 for reduction of chlorine, taste and odour and to NSF/ANSI 53 for reduction of lindane
